Healing the Eight Stages of Life Workshop Today
Every individual has experienced hurts in the past, traumatic for some, forgotten by many. The woundedness being experienced were being neglected, never recalled and definitely being buried in the memory and never healed. These become obstacles to our growth into wholeness and fullness of life. These unknowingly become part of our everyday life, of who we are today, how we look in our life and on others.
The “Healing the Eight Stages of Life (HESL)” workshop starts today. It is a module being developed and adapted into our Filipino culture by Alegria A. Javier – O’bien. The workshop integrates Erik Erikson’s stages of human development with healing prayer. The participants, those who are seeking growth and want to experience fullness of life, are to identify their experiences of woundedness that impede to growth to wholeness.
Also in this workshop, participants are expected to become more aware of the effects of the childhood experiences and they are to be led into a wholistic inner healing experience that somehow help them to be open for an integrated and healthy adult maturing.
As related to our Pastoral Counseling class, I’m attending not only for my future ministry but also for me as a growing adult into life
On this day..

dear baby, i am a regular listener of your radio program. right now i teach and do massage therapy which i truly love, taking care of the sick and teaching mothers and others of varied ages. i truly believe that healing is holistic and that has been my guiding light in all i do. i have long wanted to get in tough with you…didnt know how then, maybe because my motives were personal. i am also a doh and tesda trainer for ephpheta foundation for the blind. my moments with them made me see the deeper woundedness caused by family and society…but deeper still the woundedness has caused them more pain and suffering than the physical disability. i have aslo volunteered to give sessions with them though i dont seem to know yet where to begin. id like to talk with you over the phone as soon as possible. hope you will be willing to share with me and help me get started. vicki 09162050318, christ healing center inside la consolacion college mendiola 3130995
